Brooks Castellaw
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Brooks co-founded Inspired Partners in 2023 and leads Acquisitions, Capital Formation, Investor Relations and Marketing.
Prior to founding Inspired Partners, Brooks spent the previous twenty years working in the multifamily industry with Lane Company, Tribridge Residential and Greystar. In 2011, Brooks joineded the CF Real Estate Services team, where he became a Partner, focusing on Acquisitions, growth of the Development platform, Fund Raising, Investor Relations, recruiting and growth of the management company.
Brooks holds a B.S. From Vanderbilt University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Kate, and their two children.
Jeremy Furman
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Jeremy co-founded Inspired Partners in 2023 and oversees the firm's debt financing, asset management, due diligence and financial reporting. Since inception, the firm has acquired 689 units across four communities in the Atlanta and Memphis MSAs, representing over $130 million in portfolio value.
Prior to founding Inspired Partners, Jeremy led the investment team at CF Real Estate Services and served as Southeast lead for RPM Living Investments. Across those roles, he directed the acquisition and disposition of more than 17,000 units totaling over $3 billion in transaction volume since 2012.
Jeremy holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Florida. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
Brad Simmel
ASSET MANAGER
Brad oversees Asset Management of multiple properties at Inspired Partners. He is a 20-plus year veteran of the Atlanta and Southeast apartment community, having spent much of his career at CBRE (NYSE: CBRE). While at CBRE, he served as a Managing Director for the Southeast Investment practice, as a Senior Vice President in multifamily investment sales, and as a Senior Vice President with the group's Debt and Structured Finance team.
Thomas Kreger
INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE
Thomas is responsible for identifying and sourcing new acquisition opportunities. In addition, he assists the team with financial analysis, market research, due diligence, asset management, and transaction execution across the firm's investment portfolio. Prior to joining Inspired Partners, Mr. Kreger held positions in real estate banking and multifamily acquisitions. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
